By participating in any World Poker Games (WPG) event, you unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant WPG, its affiliates, licensees, and media partners the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

  • Capture your name, voice, likeness, image, and participation via photo, film, audio, live stream, or any other method.
  • Use, edit, modify, distribute, and display this content in any media format for any purpose.

2. Scope of Media Use

Captured media may be used for, but is not limited to:

  • Live/delayed broadcast, streaming (TV & online), and official live reporting (including chip counts, hand histories, and statistics).
  • Marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, and social media for WPG and its partners.
  • WPG-branded merchandise, publications, documentaries, and archives.

3. Player Media Obligations

As a condition of participation, you agree to:

  • Participate in reasonable media activities (e.g., interviews, award ceremonies, promotional content).
  • Conduct yourself professionally during all media engagements.
  • Penalty for Non-Compliance: Failure to comply may result in penalties, including ineligibility for certain prizes or promotional benefits.

4. Personal vs. Professional Media

  • Personal Use: Non-commercial photography/social media is allowed if it does not disrupt gameplay, security, or official operations, and complies with venue rules. WPG reserves the right to restrict any personal media activity.
  • Professional/Third-Party Use: All vloggers, streamers, journalists, or content creators must obtain an official WPG Media Accreditation Pass for any systematic recording, streaming, or reporting.
  • Accreditation: Applications must be submitted via the WPG website at least two (2) weeks before the event. Approval is at WPG’s sole discretion.

5. Ownership & Waiver

  • All media produced at WPG events is the exclusive property of World Poker Games.
  • You expressly waive any “moral rights” or similar claims to the content.

6. Representations & Indemnity

  • You represent that your participation and appearance do not violate any third-party rights (e.g., existing sponsorships or contracts).
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPG and its partners from any claims arising from a breach of this representation.

7. WPG’s Sole Discretion

WPG reserves the absolute right to:

  • Control all media production and distribution at its events.
  • Deny, restrict, or revoke any media activity or accreditation at any time.
  • Remove individuals for violating these terms.
